Back Squats                                          3 x 12 reps    (50% of your body weight)

Pull-ups                                                  20 reps  (choose the green or black band)

Push Press                                            3 x 12 reps  (Bar for women, 2- 5k plates for men)

One Arm Bend Over Row                    3 x 12 reps    25+lbs women, 55+lbs men

Dead Lifts                                              3 x 12 reps (50% of your body weight)

Bike                                                       LSD (long slow distance) 30 min

Cool Down-  use foam rollers to roll out your quads, hamstrings and IT band (side of the leg from hip to just above knee)
